Hello, my lovely ladies! I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who loves helping other women reach their fitness goals and level up their lives.
I began working out in college as cross training for modern dance (my field of study) and for judo. Even though I had no knowledge of what to do, I went for it and fell in love with the gym. Unfortunately, this newfound love became tainted with my unhealthy relationship with food, stress, and perfectionism.
After I had graduated from college, I was continuing my unhealthy mental and physical habits. January 2016 had me commiting to learning how to lift weights and being the best version of me. Everything did not suddenly fall into place. I had so much to learn, to accept, to let go of, and to experience before I felt like I was accomplishing my goal. In the four years since, I have tried and failed many times before I found what I need to be success. I hope to give some insight to other women how to become a fitter, healthier, more confident you and to build a supportive community.
